PERSOL Elite is an exclusive recognition programme by PERSOL Malaysia which reward our exemplary Temporary and Contract Employees assigned to our clients.
How it Works
The best 20 employees of PERSOL Malaysia assigned with clients will be selected every quarter to win exciting prizes and be in the running to secure the Top 3 Best Employees of the Year award.
Criteria
Scoring of candidates is based on the following five (5) metrics:
Work ethics (i.e. attendance and punctuality)
Pro-activeness (i.e. attitude towards work)
Ability to perform task
Ability to work in team/s
Adaptability to adapt to work culture and environment
Selection of the Quarterly and Yearly winners are based on:
The highest score
Best customer recommendation/s
Frequency of winning the awards (monthly and quarterly)
Length of service with PERSOL Malaysia (longest hours of service at point of selection)
Reward
All 20 selected quarterly winners of PERSOL Elite! will each receive:
- Vouchers
- PERSOL Elite! Certificate
The top 3 quarterly winners of PERSOL Elite! will receive a PERSOL Elite Trophy. They are also qualified to be in the running for the Top 3 Temporary/Contract Employees of the Year award.
